Holiday apartments in Poljica, Dalmatia – up to 22 guests
The house in Poljica has five self-contained apartments. Four are about 50 m² (≈540 sq ft) and sleep up to four; the largest is about 100 m² (≈1,075 sq ft) and sleeps six. Combined capacity is up to 22 guests. Families or friends can combine several apartments; book all five and the whole house is exclusively yours. Read more about group holidays in Dalmatia.
All apartments include air conditioning, a TV with international channels, and free unlimited Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided. A crib/cot for infants is available free on request.

Location and setting
- 50 meters (165 feet) to the sea – pebble cove, sheltered waters, great for swimming and snorkeling. Water shoes recommended (typical for the Dalmatian coast).
- Separate outdoor area by the sea, a short walk from the house with a neighbour’s plot in between. It has a barbecue, tables, seating, hammocks and the boat docks.
- Three parking spaces on this separate seaside property; further cars can park along the road. Navigation address for the parking spaces: Obala sv. Luke 85, 21222 Poljica.
- 20 minutes to Split Airport (SPU), 10 minutes to Trogir, 30 minutes to Split city.
Practical notes for international guests
- Currency: Croatia switched to the Euro on January 1, 2023. No more Kuna.
- Electrical outlets: Type F (European two-prong). US travelers need a plug adapter; most modern electronics (laptops, phone chargers) handle the 230 V automatically, but check your device.
- Water: Tap water is safe to drink throughout Croatia.
- Phone: Country code +385. EU roaming works for UK guests post-Brexit check your carrier; US guests: buy a local SIM or use an eSIM for best rates.
- Driver’s license: Your home license is valid for short stays (Schengen-Area rules). No International Driving Permit strictly required for US, UK, AU citizens, but it can help if stopped.
